1. Return Eligibility

The item(s) must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Custom-made shoes or personalized items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
2. How to Initiate a Return
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Send an email to service@aimirlly.com with your order number and reason for return. Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.
Prepare Your Return: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including any accessories or documentation. Ensure that the package is secure to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Return: Send the item(s) back to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
3. Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for a different size, subject to product not fit. To request an exchange:
Contact our customer service at service@aimirlly.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to exchange.
Follow the return process for the item you are exchanging and specify the size or color you'd like in return.
Once we receive the original item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.
If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will offer you a refund or store credit.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake made by Aimirlly (e.g., wrong item or defective product).
In cases where store credit is issued, it will be sent to your registered email address and can be used for future purchases on our website.

Since custom orders are made specifically to your requirements, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect. If you encounter any issues with your custom shoes, please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong product was shipped.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
8. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made shoes and personalized products.
Final sale or clearance items.
Worn, damaged, or altered items.
