Once your order is placed, it takes approximately 2-4 business days to make, pack, and ship your items. Custom orders or made-to-order shoes may require additional processing time. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including your tracking information.
2. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet the needs of our global customers. The shipping time will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Standard Shipping:
North America: 7-14 business days
Europe: 10-18 business days
Asia: 10-15 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 10-15 business days
Rest of the World: 12-20 business days
Expedited Shipping (if available):
Delivery within 3-10 business days, depending on the destination.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight of the package, and destination. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout. We also offer free shipping promotions for select orders, which will automatically apply when your cart meets the required amount.
4. International Shipping
Aimirlly proudly ships to over 130 countries worldwide. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility, and Aimirlly does not cover or manage these fees.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can track your package on our website or through the courier's tracking portal. If you encounter any issues with your tracking information, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
6. Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at sales@aimirlly.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes before your order is shipped. However, once an order is dispatched, we cannot modify the shipping address.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
While we strive to provide reliable shipping services, delays, damages, or lost shipments may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to us at service@aimirlly.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.
8. Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and other import fees may be applied based on the regulations of the destination country. These fees are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility. Aimirlly is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or for any additional customs charges.
9. Shipping Restrictions
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Make sure to provide a complete residential or business address to avoid delays or issues with delivery.
