Evaluation: Our quality assurance team will evaluate your claim and determine if the issue falls under our warranty coverage. This process may take up to 2-4 business days.
Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will provide one of the following solutions, at our discretion:
Replacement: A new, identical pair of shoes will be sent to you at no additional cost.
Repair: If the defect is minor and can be repaired, we may offer to repair the product.
Store Credit: If a replacement or repair is not feasible, we may offer store credit equal to the original purchase price.
3. Exclusions and Limitations
The warranty is only valid for products purchased directly from Aimirlly's official website or authorized retailers. Proof of purchase may be required.
The warranty does not extend beyond the original purchaser. It is non-transferable.
Warranty claims are limited to one per product. Once a product has been replaced or repaired under warranty, any additional claims will not be covered.
